It will be easy to add/remove/relabel/reorder the columns displayed in the search results for each record type. Look for a blog post about this in the new year.

The fuel level is easy to see in the sight tube. Topping off is a dry, easy operation. The only change I might make is to make the fuel pump switch a hold to pump switch, which would make it harder to accidentally leave it on. There is no need for a return line. The vent on top lets air escape and enter during filling and use.

No oil products were involved so it was easy to go back to the urethanes. It's got me thinking........... I'm going to put this on the net, I'm sure others are interested..... .

For example, I got about ten requests for pictures of the flybridge hardtop I made after I posted my construction story about a month ago....now I have digital pictures but no way to post them as I do not maintain a website... What are other listees thoughts???? Is this easy and cheap or time consuming and expensive....???

Replacement Lehman engine
Thu, Sep 28, 2006 7:47 PM
Plus once the old engine is out the chances are good an owner will want to do some things to the engine room while there is easy access, be it cleaning, painting, fuel tank replacement, etc. These can all contribute significantly to the overall cost of the engine change. ______________________________ C.

Re: T&T: Garmin GPSMAP 3210

The 3210 also has built in the newer g2 version of the Bluecharts for all of coastal US, and is capable of networking with fishfinder, radar, XM satellite weather, etc. The 2006C is a terrific plotter - bright sharp screen, and super intuitive and easy to use.

Need a simple ID for some gear
Fri, Oct 3, 2008 8:43 AM
This is probably a really easy question for some of you out there....what is it? I also came across some K&L filters from my time at Cylink, but the website gave me no joy. When the sample says S/N 1, I don't expect much... I suppose I could just feed a signal through them and see where the outputs occur....

It's very easy to see with the Thunderbolt monitor program. Cheers, Magnus

Re: T&T: Timely response requested: Termination of an all chain rode
Mon, Jul 1, 2013 4:46 PM
We, too, are on the hard with all our chain out, and we will use the opportunity to end-for-end the all-chain rode. Thus we will be changing out the bitter end safety line, meaning I will need to make a new pair of splices.
