I do believe we are looking for actual boats, not mere designs. I do believe candidates can be great voyagers, great cruisers or great live-aboards, or a combination of the three elements. My plan is to assemble something resembling a slate of candidates after the first go-around for further consideration by the List, with perhaps even the means to vote for individual boats.
