I carry a radar reflector that I can put on top of the radar arch if in heavy weather. However my trawler shows up fairly well without it--there is an Alumium roof on the Flying Bridge, as well as a R V airconditioner on top of that Al roof. Normally the radiator cap is the highest point in the system and the air goes to the top and out the cap. You would have to come up with some sort of bleeding valve on the heater.
