Re: Re : Raw water strainers?

This creates a potential airlock because of the high spot at top of case. Venting would require loosening the strainer top. Sure hope you find the source of your problem soon! Fwd: TWL: amp draw for refer

We were considering the Norcold option but it sounds like we may be better off with a small ac unit w/o all the whistles and bells and perhaps a small top loading freezer for long runs. Besides Haieramerica, does anyone know who makes a small top loading freezer? I've been to Sears and Pennys.

The strap that comes with them is used ONLY to hold the tops on.Very neat ( and cheap) , tops and all. One heck of a lot less work than building glass ones. CCC

Thoroflush Winterizing Unit

Close the seacock, remove the top from the strainer" Which is true you could, but having a handy length of hose and garden type push snap fittings on the Thoroflush units - then all it takes is a turn of the levers and you're off an running.

Another thing I would do is get all the weight up front that you can. Battery if you have one, fuel tank, etc. Brent Hodges

Any have a SEPAR Diesel Fuel Filtration System?
Wed, Jan 9, 2013 6:40 AM
Hi all, I am working on a Mainship 400's fuel filter problem, which is pooling fuel on the top from, I suspect a leak out of the bleed screw.  The system is a Separ which I've not come across having dealt almost exclusively with Racor. Does anyone have this system?

Re: [time-nuts] Low noise frequency multiplication

The other side of the coin is that unfiltered harmonics ruins the phase noise. I now also understand the merit of Rick's suggestion - it avoids odd-order multiplication all together. Thanks for the doubler circuit you posted - it seems quite nifty.
