All fuel lines are clear, no leaks ( that I can find), and a full tank
of fuel. Could my Racor be bad? Maybe a week fuel pump?

I  am  in no way an expert  but  my first place I would  look... assuming
no leaking fuel ----  is a n imperfection on the Racor seal  at the top  ///
o ring ////  chip  or nick in  the housing or top hat ---

You  could clean the base    --- new o ring    and check for imperfections
.....    Etc.

Please let me know  what the answer is
