Re: [time-nuts] 5MHz ocxo- Opening Solder sealed cans

Or it gets all flakey. Well the good news is stuff seems to work and that can be frustrating. So I would suggest the very deep dive and look at all of the solder joints. Variable caps absolutely go to heck. Had to change one on an RB that fixed the exciter.

There are many different reasons why a certain choice of technology is being made, and not all of them is down to resolution and accuracy.

However, I receive -0- compensation from any of them (the Hunter Owners website DID pick up the check for my dinner last time we were all the Annapolis sail show...if that counts as "compensation" so be it), I have no interest, financial or otherwise, in any of the websites or their sponsors, nor am I a sponsor of boatered.com or any other website.

[Ontbirds]orange N. Cardinal on St. Thomas CBC
Wed, Dec 26, 2007 11:09 PM
Today (January 26) in our search area of the St Thomas CBC we saw a Northern Cardinal that was as bright orange as a male Baltimore Oriole. We have seen a couple of orange variant Scarlet Tanagers and male "Orange"-breasted Grosbeaks in 40 years of birding but no Orange Cardinals until today.

. :) Just quoted from the Pilgrim website, didn't check the math. It -did- seem awfully high! :) > >On initial impression, this is exactly the kind of boat I think I > >want. > >Simple, easy to maintain, great range, very seaworthy. > > > > I am in total agreement with you.

PDQ 34 catmaran
Thu, Aug 4, 2005 2:12 AM
Go to the PDQ website for accounts of numerous trawler style jaunts (and all the sales stuff you could ever ask for): http://www.pdqyachts.com/ Very seaworthy, no body roll at all, just lifting hulls with big beam waves. Very slender hulls mean it can hobby horse pitch sometimes, but that's pretty easy to avoid.
