Hurricanes no doubt affect them all - but have been doing so for millenia.  Big hurricane seasons tend to be "good" for Nearctic vagrants in western Europe.

Leaving Chicago October First

We have all the charts for our trip from Chicago to Mobile. I am writing for information from the sail boat point of view. Mariposa 42, our faithful sailing vessel will have a powerboat configuration above the water when we step or ship her mast. But we are still concerned about the depth. She draws 5 feet 6 inches.

symbian_ua_gui with TLS, VAS and G729 protocol via SRTP proxy

Hello, As far as I could understand, I was able to configure and compile symbian_ua_gui with TLS, VAS and G729 protocol to work with local Kamailio based server, all communications go through media-proxy, SRTP (on the same local server). In 3G mobile networks, everything works just fine and quality is superb.

BUT, if all it does is download the latest version, then yeah, you may as well just use your browser. BUT, if it gets the latest version in the background every period of time (hour? day? settable?)

In that mode, you don't need a mobile phone - they'll pair and work together without any mobile phone involved at all.
