It stays on top of my sundeck with a sumbrella cover, in a covered shed, but it looks like new so far, except for a few places where I've abused it. The other side of this coin is what we call "bottom feeders".These are the folks who will find a decent boat and then hammer away at the seller for his last nickel. Sometimes they are more concernd with price than with condition of a boat. The problem stems from buyers being liars just as much as sellers AND some brokers.
