I must admit there is a lot of truth in what you say. I lose some sales
because of disclosure, but I feel that if I know the boat has problems, it's my
responsibility to say so. The other side of this coin is what we call "bottom
feeders".These are the folks who will find a decent boat and then hammer away at
the seller for his last nickel. Sometimes they are more concernd with price
than with condition of a boat.
The problem stems from buyers being liars just as much as sellers AND some
brokers. Sure there are brokers who withold information. But im sure every
broker on this list has a hundred horror stories about buyers and sellers too. I,
personally don't list junk boats for the simple reason that its a waste of time
to advertise something that won't get past survey....
This should stir up some interesting remarks, LOL
