Alternatively, consider using APS-Direct [1], available in pjsip version 1.1 now downloadable from the website. At first when we connected to our email website and the email portion the phone would simply turn off completely and we would have to take the battery out and put it back in then reconnect to the computer. Now our laptop will not read the phone, but this is after 5 hours of tech support. They said it was the cable. It is not.
