We do it for ourselves, because we feel compelled not to leave someone to die by themselves, in the cold, in the dark without hope. Capt. Mike Maurice Near Portland Oregon.

If you argument is to believed, boats under 60 ft should be using CSC and the small boats should be using "the good stuff".( I just couldn't let this thread die a quite death) :-) ..jd Joe DellaFera / Margaret Murray 36' Prairie DC "Prairie Star" Pompano Beach, Fl.

TWL: The Devil's Details

Thems that live by the gadget, will die by the gadget. There is an assumption in the high tech world that there is no god. But the devil is in the details and whereas there may be no god, Any high tech warrior is inherently engaged in a conflict with the devil.

Until the last year we could die and stink before we'd receive help ( with an attitude) from the West Store we visited while the guy at Boaters World would even offer to help us to the truck with our purchases. YMMV John Hinshaw Seahawk III Astoria

I hope a 20-year old USCG sailor never has to die trying to save you. Self determination has costs and consequences. In a message dated 12/8/2009 12:00:42 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, trawlers-and-trawlering-request@lists.samurai.com writes: Sure enough. You're free to do what you want.

heavy duty crimpers
Wed, Feb 3, 2010 4:23 PM
The 1/0 terminals won't fit into my 1/0 crimper die. I called Genuinedealz and they are telling me their 1/0 lugs are sized larger than household 1/0 lugs and I need a crimper that can do 2/0 crimps. How many sizes of 1/0 lugs are there? Some of the crimp tools for this size run $300+, some are much less.

Hydraulic Wire Crimper
Mon, Apr 19, 2010 9:47 PM
I need the diameter of the die for a wire crimper that crimps AWG 00 wire. Can anyone help? I purchased a hydraulic wire crimper from Harbor Freight Tools. The dies are supposed to crimp from number 12 to 00 AWG wire. However, the dies are not the correct sizes as stated. Harbor Freight (after I contacted them) sent me replacement dies.

Want Norwegian food any time of year, Ballard is the place, especially pastries to die for.  Norwegians accomplished much. Amundsen is the man here.  Nansen is well respected but here it's Amundsen.  Yes, I'm a transplant of Portuguese/English heritage.  However, I have come to enbrace the Norwegian heritage living here.
