add new IP from vivado to usrp x310

The problem is, that the IP that I add to the Makefile like in the website, don't really add like all the others IP, that define by default. The error that I get is : module fir_compiler_0 don't found. When I look on the build.log I saw that my IP don't add to the project.

The retired vessels typically come fully equipped with all electronics (radar, radios, autopilot, nav sytems), and often include cooking pots and cutlery. The condition varies wildly, thus the quality- but there are good ones available all the time.

I have not checked all USRP types, and some might not use the strobe signals at all, but at the meaning should be nearly the same for all variants. It looks like e.g.

To secure adequate cooling there should be a minimum 10 cm unobstructed clearance all the way around the BDE.
