They will present the seminar outlined in the registration brochure for Saturday 10:30 a.m. but deleted from the Trawler Fest page on the Web: LONG-RANGE CRUISING: LESSONS LEARNED To make your transition from cruising local waters to voyaging to distant ports easier, Dolph and Bev McCranie of The Right Whale, a well-travelled Krogen Whaleback, will outline what they have learned after several years of cruising almost full-time. They have ranged from California to Alaska, down through the Panama Canal, and over to Florida and the Bahamas. Dolph will also serve on the panel for the Friday 10:30 presentation: SEMI-DISPLACEMENT OR FULL DISPLACEMENT: WHICH IS BEST? Let's see if we cannot settle the question that rages so often when trawler crawlers gather, and befuddles newcomers so completely.
