TWL: Polishing Discharge - top or bottom?

I have questions as to the discharge of filtered fuel back into the tank: is top better because of lack of head/back pressure (Gulfcoast method) or is bottom discharge better to stir up the tank (ESI method)? It would seem that bottom is better.

You can purchase straight pattern bits with bearings at the top. Then, using the hot glue method, you affix a guide strip on top of the Corian and the bearing will follow the guide strip. As Joe says, you may want to remove only a 1/16" at a time. A tablesaw can work for cutting Corian to dimension.
