By the way, if you select all chain, add a 20' length of rope at the bitter end, so that if you can't get your ground tackle off the bottom you can cut the line.

If your teak deck is about to die, go a head and use Cetol. do not be shy about applying extra coats. We have boats going on five years without stripping. Brian Hall CHB 45 "Any Sea" Old Bay Marina Baltimore > everything up and cleaned all with Te-Ka Teak Cleaner. This is powerful > stuff and you have to be careful with nearby paint etc.

Hi All, Just got my Maptech Chart CD update and along with it came their new chart viewing application. It has a number of handy features: tides (high, low, height), current (present flood/ebb, max flood, max ebb with direction and magnitude), and numerous printing options.

I have watched a big very expensive yacht moored near me (a brand we all know well and would die for) maneuver out of his slip over a dozen times. Even with thrusters he has to do a 6 or 8 point turn to get out of a slip with lots of backing room in a light wind.
