If your teak deck is about to die, go a head and use Cetol. do
not be shy about applying extra coats. We have boats going on five years
without stripping.

everything up and cleaned all with Te-Ka Teak Cleaner. This is powerful
stuff and you have to be careful with nearby paint etc. After that the deck
drank nearly 2 gallons of Teak oil with light cleaning and re-oiling until
about 2 years ago. Again cleaned with Te-Ke and put on one coat of Star
Brite Tropical Teak Oil/Sealer. Looked good for about 14 months - mostly
under cover - when I gave it a cleaning with Star Brite Teak Cleaner and
Brightner followed by another coat of Tropical Teak Oil. Still looks good
and gets lots of comments. We are in a place with a lot of dirt in the air
in Beaumont Texas. Another suggestion is Cetol which one of the neighbors
uses. Bit of a different color but seems to last about the same length of time
