Re: TWL: Steel Deck Coating

On the top layer, chopped rubber granules are distributed on the top and they merge with the top layer to give a non-skid, but easy on the feet surface. I've walked on it bare feet in the hot Florida sun on a steel deck and found it to be very comfortable and sure footed to walk on.

TWL: RE: GPS with internal antenna

My Garmin 12 lives on a mount inside my hard-top pilot house and works with no problems. It is aimed through the windshield, and always picks up the signals from at least 6 satellites. Since it also works in the car, I would expect it to function under a bimini top as long as it is aligned properly.

Re: T&T: T&T Sight Glass For Fuel Tank

Plug off the upper fitting run the tube up as high above the tank as I can and put a U bend in the top of the tube to vent it with a clip to suport it. One less valve one less opening in the tank and it reads all the way to the top of the tank. Brian Palmetto FL

Sweaty Batteries
Tue, Aug 18, 2009 1:25 PM
Every time I check them the tops are very wet, with large droplets all over the tops. They are correctly filled, don't seem to be overcharging and they consume little water I might add 3/4 of a quart per month. The battery box is of fiberglass with no real vents but a loosely fitting lid and openings for the wires.

I don't think it would be a good idea to run the instrument too long without its top cover.

BOSL2 rounding edges of rect_tube

The union is there for the convenience of eliminating the generation using * I thought about using cuboid with rounding and differencing out the top part with negative rounding on the top of the difference cuboid Is there an easier way?

Incidentally, you're also not setting the "len" input to anything in the top-level instantiation.
