TWL: RE: Re: Terminal blocks versus terminal strips
Mon, May 26, 2003 11:44 PM
It wasn't new when I first got acquainted with it back in the early 1970's One shape is like a "C" in cross section the other looks more like an inverter "top hat" The advantage being you can mount various sized and shaped terminal blocks to suit varying size wires. For an example look at the WAGO brand website.

RE: Defective memory modules in some laptops

If you want to check it out, go to their website at: (copy & paste URL) http://snipurl.com/7d74 or http://h30090.www3.hp.com/mmrp/default.asp?c1=67&c2=67&cc=us&lang=en&action= showinfo&linkvalue=2&id=63&lid=147 The description of the problem sounds as if it could have major consequences when using one of the affected laptops for navigation.

I'd change to the "deep cycle" settings, off the top. Richard Cook New Moon - Bounty 257 GYMKIDD319@aol.com wrote: > My (new) Xantrex 12v "smart" regulator just arrived from e-bay. I obtained > the installation and operational manual from a Xantrex website.

Bilge pump's moved up to the top of his list right after we crank his pickled engine with the rebuilt starter today. Oh, and replacing the radar/chartplotter box that went under. Regards. Larry M/V Cigano, Prairie 47 Currently lying: Bay St. Louis, MS

The spec sheets are on our website at www.aridbilge.com, then click on Series 2 Specifications on the right column, the third from the top. The series 2 nano is $1465.00 for the single zone version and $1880.00 with two independent intake zones. Way too much money? Not really.

re-rigging anchor light
Sun, Jul 15, 2012 1:28 PM
Hi Doug   Personally, I'm glad to hear that you are questioning the usefulness of using an anchor light installed at the top of the mast. As you already might know, I'm in serious disagreement with that arrangement, if used when anchored.   Sorry to hear of the results with your oil light.

Unfortunately, I cannot locate the antenna model number on Shakespeare's website and my boat is all wrapped up for the winter with 15 inches of snow on top. But I got the antenna from Solid Signal and I think they could provide the model number.
