Re: T&T: Get Line over Piling

This extends to something like twelve feet, and makes it easy to get a 5/8" dock line over a piling by simply hanging the eye on the very tip. The vendor will tout how easy it is to renew the surface, but you won't have to do that for a year, and it is so easy to do you won't want to wait that long anyway.... and if you believe all that, well then go ahead and try it, but remember you've been forewarned!

Thanks for all the on and off list replies. If I could get your ideas emailed to me off list I would be grateful and it would make the task much easier. Also put your thinking caps on and please come up with an easy name for the site. Regards, Ej

I would guess that the voltage regulator is shutting off all field current to the alternator. Is there an easy fix for this problem? Larry Cruzen "Lady Dottie" 42' Heritage East Trawler
