Is it possible to use Vivado in place of Xilinx ISE 14.7 (Licensed) for
B210 FPGA development.
Right now I am having Xilinx ISE 14.7 (Licensed), but in a couple of months
I have to switch to Vivado for some reasons.
Also how difficult it is to port ISE project to Vivado.

No, as far as I know, it's impossible so far.
I doubt you can simply take the ISE project and use it in Vivado –
there's a reason Ettus built a pretty complex build system around ISE
and Vivado.
Best regards,
Marcus

I am a bit confused with the reply :)
What is impossible ? Using Vivado instead of ISE Or Porting ISE project to
Vivado ? I guess you meant second one.

What is impossible ? Using Vivado instead of ISE Or Porting ISE project to
Vivado ? I guess you meant second one.
Well it's of course possible ....
You just have to do all the conversion work of the build system
yourself ... there is no documented or supported or easy option.

Notice that you'll have to convert things like constraint files, and
it's already so that at some point, different versions of ISE generated
designs with different timing, so you're not only converting a project
between two different IDEs, you're also fixing what timing problems that
might introduce.

So many issues are involved here in porting !
If this is the scene, I may have to login thru SSH at my department server
from my workplace to access ISE and do the things remotely. My new
workplace seems to have Vivado only.

Logging in via SSH and doing stuff remotely doesn't sound any bad; I do
that all the time.
Ettus' FPGA build system was meant for the case that you want to
build something remotely and automatedly, and not bother with clicking a
series of buttons.
Since you should be able to, without any problems, use the free editions
of ISE to do the development, and since git should really be your friend
if you're doing modifications on an existing code base, I really don't
think this is much of a drawback.
Best regards,
Marcus

Just to clear up any confusion, it is not possible to use Vivado with the
B2xx USRPs. This is due to the fact that the B2xx USRPs use Spartan 6 FPGAs
and Vivado does not support the Spartan 6 series (and likely never will.)
Xilinx has an Answer Record confirming this:

You will never be able to use any version of Vivado with the USRP B210.
It is *not possible *in this case. The B210 contains a Xilinx Spartan-6
XC6SLX150 FPGA.
The Xilinx Vivado toolchain only supports 7-series devices (Virtex 7, Artix
7, Kintex 7, Zynq, Zynq UltraScale). In fact, Ettus Research did upgrade
the X-series build scripts to transition from ISE to Vivado (which contain
Kintex-7 FPGAs) a little over a year ago:
http://lists.ettus.com/pipermail/usrp-users_lists.ettus.com/2015-May/013835.html
You will continue to need the licensed version of Xilinx ISE 14.7 to use
the Spartan 6 LX150 FPGA on the B210. You can use the free WebPack version
of ISE 14.7 for the B200, which has a Spartan 6 LX75T.
