Close them out Chuck R, Chuck and Susan have a weblink at the bottom of all of their posts that takes you to their website with pretty exhaustive information about them and their boat. After glancing over their website I'd have to say I know more about them than many on this forum.

This is not a current atlas for all Canadian waters but a government publication that covers the area from Juan de Fuca Strait to the Strait of Georgia in the PNW. Here is a website for one of the outfits that sells it, but it has a good description as well as sample pages.

The Tacoma Round is back on Sunday. FREE (for All, because it's Fall).

Theater on the Square, as part of the Broadway Center's Fall Free for All, our favorite free Tacoma festival. There's so much greatness happening over the weekend. On Friday night, we highly recommend past Tacoma Round alumni Kelli Schaefer and Vicci Martinez. Your free wristband gets you into all the fun.

Espar heater
Mon, Feb 18, 2008 1:40 AM
The fuel is fresh stove oil in a new, topped-up, aluminum fuel tank. All connections appear OK. All I have is a few pages of brief installation instructions and no operation manual. The red toggle switch is on the side of a box on top of the Espar heater which also has a red push button which does not seem to activate anything when pushed.

Re: [CT Birds] Owls yet again...

Not all Blue Jays get eaten because I feed the birds, but some do. Not all owls will die a horrible, tragic death because someone on a bird list told others where they were. This is clearly one of those topics birders will have to agree to disagree about.

Re: T&T: how smart are smart charges
Sun, Aug 20, 2017 1:37 PM
> Before I used to leave one of my smart charges running all the time; 4D batteries would die at 3.5 to 4 years. > When I am away from my house and boat for extended periods of time (multiple weeks or months), I turn on one charger AND the solar charging system. If I lose shore power, I will still have solar charging in case my bilge pump needs it.
