We are rethinking the whole ditch bag concept and are going to have a fully equipped one within easy reach for the rest of the trip. I have posted pictures of the boat on our website (under the heading "Gone in 60 Seconds") if anyone wants to see what a million dollar boat salon looks like once the engine has popped through.

TWL: Re: Marina Wi-Fi Network

I've taken an amateur's tour of the website Jeffrey mentioned: http://www.hyperlinktech.com/ . I do not know if Jeffrey added anything beyond a WiFi 10db antenna. Depending upon the need for amplifiers, etc. it is easy to get up to $1000. I assume that their price includes installation?

TWL: RE:Water Heaters

The instruction manual for the heater is very clear about how to change the element-- a very easy process. I am not connected with Atlantic Marine Products or any of its distributors or dealers, but I would not hesitate to recommend their products based on our experience. They have a website-- http://www.atlantic-marine.com/ .

First boat
Mon, Jan 3, 2005 4:51 PM
If you are able to pick the final boat your first time, BRAVO....it's not easy. Try spending time aboard with friends to get a feel for different boats, maybe even charter a few...inspect many. Good luck, Rob Brueckner Hatteras Yachtfisherman
