Some class visits learning about the clouds at the center this morning as well as other visitors. On the marsh: (viewed from inside building ) About 60 Canada Geese, 4 mallards, 23 American Black ducks, 10 Black bellied plovers on a mud flat.

7/24 Milford, Connecticut Audubon Coastal Center. 9:50-10:50am. mid-tide, sunny, 78F. A brief visit to the coastal center - Many Purple martins flying over the marsh catching insects and bringing back to the gourds. Many gourds have multiple little heads peeking out- several chicks have fledged and several seem ready to fledge.
