I know that methods, materials, products, and markets have changed and Lord knows that repairing and refurbishing a boat is not an easy nor cheap thing to do, but.... there's a lot of older boats out there, they have some value maybe, generally they don't wear out they rust out and discarding them is a problem, and they could be recycled effectively
