voltage vs amperage
Sun, Jan 8, 2012 8:06 PM
Rudy, For flooded cell batteries use the following table: 100% 12.6V 75% 12.4V 50% 12.2V 25% 12.0V 0% 11.6V These voltages are not precise but can be used as a general rule-of-thumb and are easy to remember. They are rounded to the nearest tenth volt and are for the "average" battery.

An unfortunate side effect of the injection of large quantities of nutrients and the resultant algae bloom is that the sea grasses do not get adequate light, and as a result, die. This, then, results in reduced oxygen in the water and we often have significant fish-kills.

big wake barrier out front, but the wakes are still big and constant all day, they die down at night. PATH train is right there into Manhattan, very convenient and runs often and late ($1.75 each way). Jersey City downtown is great, a regular old American "mall" right across the street, lots of restaurants and parks within a couple of blocks.

PPS: UPS units can be guilty of providing VERY ugly power as their battery backups die after a steady draw brought on by the loss of their 118 power feeds. OK Arild and Joe.... how did I do?? Shaun aboard Rana III

They seem to appear in both the spring and the fall, lasting about three or four weeks before the die off. According to Dr. John Capinera, Professor of entomology at the Univ. of Florida, "they have a longer gestation period than other insects and the eggs laid in April don't hatch till August."
