Sterling, All the cruisers are anchored out just around the bend from a dock that has a sign saying " Gas - Diesel - Mortgages ". They'll all come back out after the fuel prices come down.

The water had some = black=20 debris on top and its color gradually changed from red to pink to clear = at the=20 very bottom point.
