Apparently Keith Mueller was on the bird at 9:50am today 10/22 The Wood Sandpiper in Jamestown, RI, has been relocated and is now being seen in the pool close to Zeek's Creek shop. Park at the water treatment plant, and walk south along North Road, until you reach the only other building directly on the marsh. That's Zeek's.

If arriving in early am you must obtain your ticket from a machine just inside the gate so be sure to have $1.00 and $2.00 and/or 25 cent coins before you arrive at the docks as there is no place to get change and the machine does not make change. (There is a change machine there if you want to chance it).

Being a retired police detective, I can give you the view from the other side of the coin. When you come in contact with the U. S. Coast Guard, or any toher law wnforcement authority. you know exactly who you're dealing with. You can prety well determine what they may do and you can pretty much be not afraid.(Unless you've something to hide.)
