Important - Attention All Foreign Flagged
Sat, Feb 9, 2008 6:08 PM
Technically you have to check out before leaving the country and at that time, all this may come to someone's attention. Keep in mind that I did not think this all up and have no control or even any influence on how this is being enforced. Mike My point was that the two paragraphs could seem to contradict each other.

A day to remind me what it's all about (fairly long)

And partners who did the legwork to make the deal happen to top it off. Kudos to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Trust for Public Land, US EPA and all of the partners who made this a reality...I'm proud to have played my small role to help you do your great work!

Better watch out those 3V coin cells, we will never get the real calibration commands/procedure. I have tried with the disassembled firmware, no way. The visible strings of GPIB commands are all described in the programming manual, so nothing useful.

A question - I assume the OCXO is 10 MHz (I think all 10811s are) and thus it obviously must be easily possible to provide a 10 MHz output. Is there a point to attach a SMA to BNC for this ? It is my first Cesium, now I guess I officially have the disease, all those Rbs and GPSDOs being just prodromal syndromes...

Re: [time-nuts] Unified VCXO Carrier Board

All, I wish that people had said that the ADCMP600 was a mediocre comparator when I designed the board - I’d have used a better one! I can't find the post about the design and die level issues in a quick search (I've been off line for a few weeks). Bruce, I couldn't find your post about your measurements of my board for the same reason.

[Ontbirds]Black-throated Gray Warbler- Point Pelee
Sun, Apr 24, 2005 5:23 PM
Some die-hard souls (Mike Tate, Ross and Sandy Mackintosh, Ed and Nalja LeBlanc) were out today and managed to re-located the warbler at 1 pm this afternoon. The bird was found along a seasonal birding trail which follows the old road transit loop road on the east side to Sparrow Field.
