Two DSC radios
Thu, Dec 17, 2009 11:00 PM
I have the radios hooked up to different GPS units in case one should die at an inopportune moment. They have independent antennas placed on opposite sides of the boat. Every battery on the boat can be tied into their power supply lines. We have a non-DSC walkie talkie in our ditch kit, right along with our personal locator beacon.

/"So you're going to get this working or die trying? "/ Well I clearly have far too much time invested in this to just give up now. I refuse to let this program get the better of me.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American G.I. One died for you soul; ~ the other for your freedom.

I assume when ICs hit the market the idea of making the package be a suffix evolved rather than making the die and package be one specific number.

The lights caused the following to die from exhaustion after being attracted to the lights. 10 Eared Grebes, 1 Cassin’s Vireo, 1 Yellow Warbler, 24 Wilson;s Warblers, 4 MacGilvray’s Warblers and 2 Chipping Sparrows. And this just from one rig. Multiply that by the total number of rigs out there! This happened in Wyoming. Paul Desjardins Windsor Locks

Essentially having two people in different timezones makes the time for approving posts shorter.

Re: T&T: Oil Change Pumps

In the 10 years, I have used it once to drain all of the oil out. That took three days, but I was not in a rush. I had planned for it. The first day some 26 of 28 liters of oil was out. When I went by the engine over the next two days, I would the hand pump a few pumps and more would come out. By day three, I had over 27.5 liters of oil out.
