The reason that so many "Loopers" do the America's Great Loop Cruise a second or even a third time is that they raced through it the first time and after comparing notes, logs and websites of others realized just how much they missed.

As for the crawler, that all depends on your websites. Go benchmark it on Wivet if you want synthetic metrics, but all that really matters are how a given crawler works on your own websites. For pure automation Netsparker is also cheap.
