Generally GPS receivers with poor sensitivity have poorly designed front ends or signal processing.

Leap seconds are evil and must die. For such a simple thing, there's so much complication that getting leap seconds right can be rather hard. At least there's no leap second this December...

The disease will continue to progress until ultimately all of the patients personal time and money are exhausted or they die. Unfortunately there is no known cure for the Time-Nut disease, although it can be managed by applying a strictly controlled budget to the patient’s purchases during the early stages of the disease. They were all gonna die. That's why Cowboy rode it down - or maybe the director wanted another emotional kicker. Didn't see any parachute, though. Were they concealing stuff from us? I wonder if electrocuting the brain (with electrodes at the temples) would be reasonably instantaneous, and considerably less messy.
