Go to their website. Call them. They are very easy to talk to. And they are helpful and patient. No connections, just a happy customer. P.S. Looking forward to seeing a lot of listees at the Solomons Trawlerfest. We will have a get-together there. It is in the works. We are missing the super organizer Dennis Bruckel and Esther to do this tradition!

that is actually the lesser of problems, but that i'm not sure how toxic is the polyurethane materials after all MDI etc if it would necessitate using a proper VOC respirator etc, quite expensive but may after all be necessary. expanding foams are quite easy to buy say from construction products businesses, e.g. for foam insulation etc. no need for the speciality

Hi all, I have been following the "nobeltec" discussion with great interest as I make digital maps for a living and I have two PC based nav systems on my boat. This discussion has missed a major point! All of these bells and whistles need the underlying data to work.

When you put all the requirements together, you end up scratching your head figuring where to put the darn thing! 4)- the inside antenna is pretty big, about 8x6 and 2" thick so it's not that easy to hide it somewhere. 5)- the cables provided inthe kit are too short... they want 25' separation but the outside antenna cable is only 50' long...

All the people we know who do it, including a number of sailboaters, say that once you figure out the routine, it's no big deal at all. Easy for me to say--- we've never tried it.
