[Ontbirds] HSR: Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch (17 Oct 2014) 26 Raptors
Sat, Oct 18, 2014 12:10 AM
Raptor Observations: A small flight today with just 26 birds tallied. There were some TVs (14) that rocked with the wind and slowly made their way westward. The Osprey struggled across the field very low and about at walking speed. The Merlin, being a Merlin just streaked low across the field.

I do realize that should the tube break I would get an influx of air into the fuel system and probably have the engine die and then dribble fuel all over everything but what is different about that, than any other line / hose / fitting within the fuel system? Are they not all possible sources for leaks?

Hello All, Was the San Francisco event cancelled or is it just not one of the TWL "featured" (for lack of a better description) venues?

Hmm, accepting the call (setting all media to "inactive") doesn't seem useful though.

A lot depends on exactly why your bulb died (if it’s the problem). 5) Things like RF transistors and tantalum bypass capacitors die in these units just like they do in anything else. They can be replaced and things will work. 7) VCXO drift is one way Rb’s die. It’s more of an issue on the FEI’s that the LPRO’s.
