[Ontbirds]Goshawk, wild turkey at Beamer Point, April 6, 2008
Tue, Apr 8, 2008 12:50 AM
It is easy to see how a juvenile red-shouldered hawk can be confused with a red-tailed hawk. The bird of the day was easily a wild turkey that flew the length of the parking lot and into the forest to the north. The bird provided a much needed break from high tiny specs against a blue sky.

TWL: RE: Dinghy on flybridge

>>>What specially concerned me was the fact that we would often build a hard top 15 feet X 20 feet that weighed well over 1000 pounds. This hard top would then be mounted over the main after deck using pipe stanchions etc.

Re: TWL: Re: Lift pump leaks, fuel in oil

The cam of the fuel pump may stop with the lobe at the top - side - or bottom of it's turn . If at the top the diaphragm operated by the prime lever will have full travel - and a complete filling of the fuel pump body - the pump will be easy to use and will prime quite rapidly and the diaphragm will be at it's most relaxed .

Re: T&T: Need hatch

After installing the new engine, the hatch was permanently reinstalled with thickened epoxy on the 30 degree beveled surface, and 9 oz glass tape and epoxy resin on the top and bottom surfaces. Easy peasy, and nearly as strong as new.

Your job as parents is to teach them to control all three. My job as a grandad is to tell you how you are doing it all wrong!
