Re: [volt-nuts] Fluke 732A Questions

The company's website states they are now owned by Smiths Connectors and the connector is part of Hypertac. No list of distributors was found on the website. I found a seller Astrex Electronics, but they do not have a price listed for the female version, just the male. I searched for D01P306FSTAH. This is the female plug with solder cups.

TWL: gps from lower station
Fri, May 23, 2003 12:29 AM
If you a handheld GPS it must be bale to "see" the source of the signal, it probably canno do that from under your cabin top. Even in one our boats with a T top and a fabric roof the surrounding metal frame work has an adverse effect on that same model handheld. Get the external antenna, by the by, we have found Garmin to be absolutely great.

Coleman makes a "marine roof top air conditioner". The Army Corp of engineers uses these type of units often on their smaller boats. Today I saw a tour boat (Dolfin watching) with three of the RV AC units on top of the main deckhouse. I saw another 70 foot tour boat with a regular household AC unit on the aft cabin deck-- Bob Austin

fm on the Flybridge, the Sat Antenna is tucked between a stainless rib of the bimini top and the top. Plays great. Ted Brustowicz MD(ret) trbrustowicz@cox.net "MOONSHINE", DeFever 43 Niceville, Florida

John, Last time this happened to me it was a non sealing top gasket on the raw water filter top. Try a vasaline or silicone seal to get you going until a new gasket made if this is the cause.

New Vulture Roost
Sat, Oct 27, 2012 3:04 AM
10/26 - New Milford - new (to me) vulture roost - 50-60 assorted - light was too poor to do a decent count but mostly Turkey with a lot of Blacks in a tall leafless tree plus a couple of tall spruces at the top of Aspetuck Avenue off the top of the Green. The birds flying around were all Black Vultures. Canterbury students beware! Angela Dimmitt
