For the most part, you will die if you only receive CPR in a boating or cruising situation for cardiac arrest. In addition to many studies like this, there are multiple books written on this exact subject. I'd refer anyone to "Sudden Death and the Myth of CPR" which I have read (http://tinyurl.com/6w3lc).

Re: TWL: Fuel tank sight gauges
Sun, Jun 25, 2000 9:59 PM
When I replaced the fuel tanks 18 months ago, I had the mfg put a 1/4" fitting at the bottom of the tank and a 1/4" fitting at the top. After the tanks were in place, I installed a 90 deg fitting after the shutoff on the bottom and top fitting. I then put 1/4" clear plastic water line between the two fittings.

Re: TWL: Need clarification on bleeding air from fuel lines
Mon, Feb 11, 2002 5:24 PM
You crack the tap on the tank side and simply watch for the fuel level to get to the top of the filter cylinder. Replace the top and you are done. No air, no bleed, no separate tank of top-up diesel, and little mess. Return all taps to normal operating position, final check for leaks, and you are off.

Solid vs See-thru & Eyebrow window covers
Thu, Dec 16, 2004 3:21 PM
In these, the shade material is fastened to the window frame or just above only at the top...like an angled sunshade. The bottom edge typically extends out to a lower height. On my salon side windows, for example, the tops are button fastened just above my window tops, the lower edge buttons to my handrails.

On either side of the pilothouse at rear are two tall antennas for VHF and SSB. There is a ladder handrail that goes to the top of the pilothouse that sticks up about 2 feet.
