Re: About 10 MHz Optical Distro

What would be nice is if a cheap "box" > could be found - ideally (for 10 MHz) BNC in/out and fiber connector > with a wall wart for power. Maybe this a good idea for a TAPR project if > someone was willing to do the design (!)

Thunderbolt™ 3 on Laptop to 10 Gigabit Ethernet
Thu, May 5, 2016 5:24 AM
Hi all, I am currently trying to set up 10 Gigabit Ethernet on laptop through a Thunderbolt™ 3 port. Thunderbolt™ 3 supports up to 40Gbps, so that I suppose it can be adapted to a 10 Gigabit Ethernet port (or PCI). But I am not sure how to do it, and I didn't find any material on this yet. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

WTB: 10, 20, 40 or 50MHz oscillator
Mon, Mar 3, 2008 7:59 AM
Does anybody (preferably in the UK for P&P) have surplus to their requirements a stable oscillator producing a sine wave at 10, 20, 40 or 50MHz at 5-10dbm? Thanks David, G4YTL

Re: [time-nuts] 10811A versus 10811-60111
Tue, Aug 26, 2008 5:22 PM
All oscillators had aging below 5X10-10/day. As you can see the short term stability of the -60111 compares favorably with the 10811A. I'll be making some measurements on the -60158 variants and some motorola units soon. Cheers! Corby Dawson QUARTZ 1 SEC. 10 SEC. 100 SEC. 1K SEC.
