This means it CAN run on
1.35V, but it also supports the standard DDR3 voltage of 1.5V (I would risk
to say that by doing so it could achieve lower latencies, but I'm not
really sure).
As to the clock speeds, I'm not sure. Maybe it has to do with the fact that
DDR transmits data both on raising and falling edges of the clock signals?
