From Jack Swatt: 01/26/14 - New Haven -- The juvenile RED-HEAED WOODPECKER at the corner of Lincoln and Bradley in New Haven was still there this AM at 8:10.  Seen on the same dead snag at the top of the tree right on the NW corner of the intersection.  More red starting to fill in on the head.
