Press Release: TLT to end it's 94th season with The Laramie Project
Tue, May 21, 2013 10:47 PM
In October 1998, a twenty-one-year-old student at the University of Wyoming was kidnapped, severely beaten and left to die, tied to a fence in the middle of the prairie outside Laramie, Wyoming. The Laramie Project is a breathtaking theatrical collage that explores the depths to which humanity can sink and the heights of compassion of which we are capable.

Birds and fear -
Thu, Nov 20, 2008 4:12 PM
If this be true, they would have no need for fear, paranoia, worry, panic or the thought they might die, be injured or handicapped; All emotions we as humans unfortunately posses. Anyone want to comment on or ad to this thought? Thank you, Paul Carrier

Re: TWL: Starting cold diesels (Either vs. ether)
Sat, Dec 4, 1999 6:27 PM
. :-) Thanks, Cindy - you found me out Something else not mentioned in this thread: I have an old SABB (Norway) diesel that simply refuses to die. For cold weather starting it has a special plug which when unscrewed allows you to insert a "cigarette-plug" directly into the main cylinder.

Re: TWL: Detroit Diesel engine water temperature?
Wed, May 2, 2001 3:06 PM
After all there have been millions of these and they didn't all turn up their toes and die because they weren't kept within 5 degrees! Personally, I use a 170 degree thermostat which generally keeps the temperature about 175.

Lovin' it cause the salt water biotics die or don't exist to attach, and of course we woodies say, "Blisters? What are they?" I once figured I could go 15 years taking ordinary care of my wood bottom for the price of a blister repair and/or proper barrier coat application. Rich Gano CALYPSO (GB-42-295) Southport, FL
