Re: T&T: Nobeltec Radar vs. Furuno Radar (or others)
Fri, Dec 16, 2005 1:13 AM
Check beam width for each package on Furuno's website - they're probably the same. The 10.4" has a trackball while the 7" has a miserable cursor. Furuno has excellent telephone tech support based in Washington State. I'm betting the salesman's full of it. What controls do you have ready access to within Nobletech's software?

Bridge of Lions

The closures are necessary to accommodate construction of new support columns. A request for bridge opening must be made to the bridge tender on VHF Channel 9. I will report any changes that I receive and will also post this info the Waterway Guide website.

Re: [time-nuts] Spectracom 8131 Repair information
Thu, May 7, 2020 10:25 PM
Claude, I also have two Spectracom 8131s, one working and one not working, so I contacted the new parent company, Orolia, in March, 2019, and a very nice support person was able to find me the manual for the 8131, which is attached. I am sending this to the group, in case someone else needs this manual.
