If nothing else, you would probably die from exposure if you were out there a long time. The EPIRB (or preferably, GPIRB) would hopefully prevent that though.

Chinese hydraulic crimper (Was: Battery cable replacement)

Shortly after receiving the crimper, I notified Harbor Freight about the incorrect die sizes. The customer service agent acted surprised. To correct the situation, Harbor Freight sent me a new set of dies. The new ones I received were the exact ones that came with the crimper. I gave up.

They don't have to die, they just need to stay the hell away from the GPS band - far away. What they really want is to be traded a different frequency band and not to just be put out of business. They are also lobbying like crazy to stay just where they are and get the FCC to back down completely.
