Can someone in the  know comment on the legality of dumping urine overboard????  or the composed waste???  Urine is sterile, poop is not, so I don't think there is need for any guilt here but it still may be illegaldepending on the way the rules are written.

Urine sterile?  Unless you have a yeast/bladder infection. :).
