EZ2CY enclosure panels
Sat, Feb 13, 2010 3:47 PM
Their website shows these: http://www.ez2cy.com/cleaner_description.html I was also told by my canvas guy that the spray cleaner is just re-packaged Armada 210 polish, and that's easy to find. My EZ2CY panels look great but the 40g Stratoglass are really getting hazy no matter what I do to them. Jim @Home

Re: [time-nuts] FreeBSD, NetBSD, or Minix-III?

Past iterations of the Minix-III website > gave a "watch" as an example small embedded system it was meant to power. Why do you think Minix-III would be a good candidate for a time server? A "watch" isn't exactly a challenge to an operating system. -Chuck Harris

catalytic diesel stove
Wed, Feb 23, 2005 10:09 PM
The ceramic top is very easy to clean--much like the electric ceramics. The stove also doubles as a diesel cabin heater in a small boat. There is a forced external draft, there is a circulating fan which pushes the hot air off the burners when the top in closed, making the unit a heater. I don't think it would be practical in heating a large boat.

Re: T&T: Battery Strap

Then pass the unknotted end through one eye, across the top of the battery through the other eye and then tie it off as tight or lose as you'd like with the knot of your choice. With four parts across the top of the battery, it is easy on the hands. Costs about $0.25! It doesn't lighten the battery, but it makes lifting them manageable.

leaky loops

Easy enough to check on them from time to time to make sure they are in working order. Anyone else have such problems? Any reservation about the fix? Edmond Badham COSMO Wilmington, NC
