[Ontbirds] Grimsby, ON - Beamer Conservation Area (08 May 2015) 26 Raptors
Fri, May 8, 2015 10:36 PM
All counting is done by volunteers. Not all members are counters nor does a counter have to be a member. Typically one person is the designated counter for each day but other observers present assist with the spotting and identification. Counting is done from a steel observation tower with a wooden floor.

Top 10 Trawlers
Tue, Dec 29, 1998 11:11 PM
Georgs, It sure is tough to compare a Romsdahl 65 to a Willard 30, and either one of those to all the great boats in between. How about the best two or three in 10' classes starting with 25 or 30'. Of course, in the process of coming up with the best 10 trawlers of all time, we may very well cover all those varied sizes, anyway.
