Tri Club: Workout Schedule for May 26-31

Tuesday, 5/26 (TODAY), 6:15pm-8pm, cycling followed by running: Meet at the Reynolds Dog Park for a prompt 6:15pm departure. We'll ride to the Pawling Rd. lot and complete bike intervals then return to the dog park... Total duration: 60 minutes. Then we'll have an "at your own pace" 30 minute brick run. Don M will lead the workout.
