Re: [time-nuts] serial parsing program
Tue, Mar 24, 2015 10:44 PM
Hello Cash, Check out Google Protocol Buffers https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/ And here is a discussion of it from an embedded software perspective http://www.ganssle.com/tem/tem277.html#article1 Hope that helps. Regards, Abdul -----Original Message----- From: time-nuts [mailto:time-nuts-bounces@febo.com] On Behalf Of Cash Olsen Sent: Tuesday, March 24, 2015 3:22 PM To: time-nuts@febo.com Subject: [time-nuts] serial parsing program I'd like to find a program that has a very flexible serial input and can be easily setup to parse a binary sentence. Specifically, U-Blox timing but more general purpose would be nice for future projects. Has to be able to handle 1, 2, and 4 byte fields, and checksums would be nice also. Should run on Windows for the immediate project but Linux for next projects. -- S. Cutlass extraction support - Keep it coming!
Sat, Apr 16, 2005 11:47 AM
The support I have been getting on this topic is overwhelming wonderful. The shaft is out, and it looks like I will have to work on mutilating the cutlass apart with the same respect I afforded the coupling when I needed to remove it from the shaft.

First of all your engine is not going to die if your > alternator quits it's only going to die if your batteries go stone dead. REPLY Precisely, which is why the question is not so much babble but a legit question given that the start battery may not be all that large and it may also have additionalloads connected.

Re: [time-nuts] Performance of 74LVC series ICs

Apart from on-die coupling, they share the same power/ground leads, however short they are. So just getting power and ground from the board onto the die, they would be corrupted by what happens in the other gate and its load (L*di/dt). Andy

Android Light List App. with active GPS support, Pro Version
Thu, Mar 3, 2016 6:41 PM
There is a free version if you just want the basic functionality without GPS support; it also doesn't support caching of the parsed light list, which means the list has to be re-parsed each time it needs displaying. This is the URL link on the Web to see more: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?
