T&T List tops 2,000!
Wed, Oct 28, 2009 3:46 PM
The number of subscribers to T&T List has topped 2,000. It's truly a cause for celebration, for several reasons: # Despite the advent of Web-based forums, including our own TrawlerCrawler.net, an email list such as ours has long legs. (I don't know how many times over the last 12 years I've heard predictions that T&T was about to wither away.

TWL: Re: Expensive jewelery?

The bottoms and top sides are kept clean(club rules) but they never move. One finger (50 footers or better) is referred to as the "Dock of the Dead" as that is where boats go to die. Some of the boats have permanently fixed motion detectors that sometimes go off at night and there is no one there but the ghosts of dead boats. Really spooky!

Thu, Sep 26, 2019 10:55 PM
We also counted all three species of falcons; Merlins, Kestrels and one Peregrine falcon to top it off. As usual we had high numbers of Sharp-shinned Hawks (312) and American Kestrels (273). Our other highlight was 21 Northern Harriers, one of which was a beautiful male gray ghost.

Acheiving sub-nanosecond relative timing should not at all be unfeasable but should rather be consider fairly easy. Cheers, Magnus

Re: [PUP] Any suggestion - or PPM should die ?

I have a few questions for all of You with production boats. Do the people with high-value production boats believe there is something wrong in criticizing poor installations, building practices etc. ? Do you think that these boats should need large amounts of expensive maintenance and parts ?
