Thank you to all
Wed, Jun 9, 2010 3:17 AM
Dear Colleagues, Thanks to all of you who responded so quickly and so generously to my plea for volumes 16 and 17 of JSYS. We are now in good shape for the present, and will keep working to get the back issues up on the Society website so that the older issues are accessible to anyone who would like them. Best, Beverly

Knowing the voltage at some point in your state (or another) is not all that useful. They may record it, but I am not even sure it would be worth saving in a database. Didier KO4BB Sent from my BlackBerry Wireless thingy while I do other things...

Help. simulink+usrp1
Mon, Nov 26, 2012 8:09 PM
I supposed that usrp module multiplies exp(phi) by exp(2*pi*fc*t ) generating exp(2*pi*fc*t+phi) and sending it. In the receiver the usrp module multiplies by exp(-2*pi*fc*t+phi) and I got only exp(phi), after with complex to angle block and unwrap block I obtain phi(the original cosine tone).

USS Alabama/ Mobile Bay/ cruise boat access
Mon, Oct 26, 2015 8:58 PM
We will be in Mobile Bay in a few days and wonder if the cut between Pinto Island and Little Sand Island is passable. Only reference we have is the Northern Gulf Coast Cruising guide by Claiborne Young which limits it to boats with 3.5' draft and 36'. We'll also check with BoatUS when we arrive. Thanks, Chas & Bev and Everywhere 430/2005 Mainship NOLA

Boat Sandals Website
Tue, Jan 31, 2006 2:50 PM
I was cruising around and found this website listing the key sandals and flip flops being discussed. Prices sound okay and free shipping with orders over $75. I have not done business with them yet, so I don't have any history to share. http://www.active-sandals.com/index.html Dan Lanier Gulfstar 43 Danali Star Lying Abacos Bahamas

sealing the bilge top
Mon, Sep 24, 2018 4:30 PM
With the engine out, the top surface of the bilge is readily accessible. The ballast used in Willard 30's was a mixture of steel punchings and concrete. Over the past 45 years the steel punchings near the surface rust and break up the concrete leaving a very rough and damp surface.

Re: T&T: FT. Meyer to Mobile Anchorages,Marinas and best fuel stops?

Pensacola is displaying "Pelicans on Parade", a fun excuse to walk all around town. We stopped at Dauphin Island Marina at Mobile Bay inlet on this trip because we were going through to Galveston, so no need to go up the Bay to Mobile.

I think we all know what's involved in the daily chores of life! Let's stay focused on boat and loop issues rather than personal advice. Thanks!
