I am applying for a grant for a language lab. So, I'm looking for recommendations. Which company should I go with, which is the best program for first year Spanish? Any other things I should be
looking at?

We have Sony Soloist......and it is a bit complicated to use. Not that user friendly to record and save and listen to later.
Also, you need a dedicated server just for that language lab....because often times the district server messes up and time is wasted in the lab.

I agree on the message about Stevens Learning Systems.  The versatility of the drop-down labs available at any time, for whatever time you need, is incredible.  Customer service is great.  It does take some people a while to learn to use them though.
